    Tuesday-
    Breakfast- apple and yogurt; J Street
    Midnight Snack- Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Sugar Free Redbull & Pretzels; 711

  2. MONDAY
    Breakfast/Lunch-- Raisin bran, banana, tea (trader joe's)
    Snack-- cupcake (sorority girls)
    Dinner-- Burger and fries (f street bistro)
    Midnight snack-- Chocolate chip cookie & milk (cookie dough from the 7/11 and milk from the 7/11)

    TUESDAY
    Breakfast-- Granola bar (nature valley bar/j street)
    Lunch-- Spicy tuna roll, 2 boiled eggs, peach yogurt (j street)
    Snack-- Tea (starbucks)
    Dinner-- Fish & salad, almond and coconut granola bar (j street)
    Snack-- Cinammon cake (starbucks)

    I wish I could go further in depth with where the food I ate came from but unfortunately I don't know more details!

    - assorted candies

    - subway ft long sandwich
    - lots of crackers from ritz

    -Breakfast: Kashi Bar: Cherry and Dark Chocolate Granola
    -Lunch: Salad with spinach lettuce, beets, gorgonzola cheese, olives, and balsamic vinagrette
    Tomato soup with vegetables (all from J street)
    -dinner: 3 chicken tenders and fries from Wingos and a lemonade

    Tuesday
    -Breakfast: none
    -Lunch: Fajita Burrito from the Burro
    -Dinner: Made penne pasta with mozzarella cheese and chicken (food from trader joes)

    Lunch: white rice and orange chicken and a strawberry cake (Marvin Center)
    Dinner: fruit and soup (J-street)

    Tuesday:

    Breakfast: bagel (homemade)
    Lunch: white rice and chicken and fruit (Marvin Center)
    Dinner: spaghetti, egg roll and water (west hall)

    After I read the article, I got that watching Food Program does not really help people to know how to cook, but still helps people to some degree. People also cannot get dinner tips through those programs. More and more Americans spend less time on cooking. Lots of American would like to eat microwave food, because that is fast and delicious. However,actually that is not health. I think people should spend time on cooking in order to get good health. I think watching cook program is helpful because you can get sense of how to cook dishes and the images about food will also attract you to get into the kitchen. I think the title is interesting, because people cook in kitchen and watch food program onto coach. I love watching Food Program because that is interesting and I want to learn some new dishes. Cooking is my hobby. Another thing that I want to talk about here is courage. Lots of people are afraid of kitchen or something else, but just do it and then you will get over it!!!
